Debbie McNab Casteel and Dave Casteel are a unique team in the home building industry. They have been working together for the past nine years to build their vision of a business where clients are ensured excellent communication along with the best quality construction for their money.

You can build on an existing site, purchase a lot from Casteel Homes, or request they find a site in your desired location. They will build to suit your needs, from a starter home to a luxury executive home.

Debbie's years of experience as a real estate professional and a general contractor serve to make your home building process an enjoyable experience. Her philosophy is simple, "I see the home through the buyer's eyes. We build a home that we would accept as home buyers," We assist with the selection of home plans, finishes in the home along with other customized details. We are there every step of the way.

Dave has been in the construction business for over 25 years. As general contractor, his experience shows in the work. He is on site throughout the building process to guarantee the finest quality of workmanship for your home. He doesn't run the business from an office chair, he is hands on.

Debbie and Dave can modify existing floor plans to better suit your needs. They have a wide range of styles to choose from: Traditional, French Country, Contemporary, Ranch or Two Story models.

They have built two parade homes: 1998 Porter County Parade in Keystone and the 2001 Lake County Parade in Pine Hill.

Debbie and David work in concert to provide Northwest Indiana with Premiere custom homes.
